Ordered Tues, arrived Thurs. Good service. Package was fairly sealed and a little bit heavy. Assembly was pretty straight forward, inside are metal frame parts (nicely wrap in plastic), tools and a manual.
Everything was satisfactory although the whole frame once it's all up and assembled is slightly flimsy. However the bolts are nice and tight and for the price, it's just amazing. Gave it a 3 stars for comfort only because it doesn't come with a mattress but still overall an excellent buy.posted by Lj (07/11/2012)

I bought several of these for the hostel I run and they have proved to be a good buy, cheap but not nasty, they have stood up well to the constant use and seem to be very durable. Delivery was good being free and they turned up on time as well.
