I recently moved into an unfurnsihed flat and wanted a quality mattress that would last many years. I really searched long and hard, and although I did not have a budget in mind, I would say that this purchase was stretching it (it was one of the cheapest on the net besides some dodgy looking sites).
Now that I have it, I won't hesitate to buy an expensive mattress again when this one needs replacing. I can't compare the latex foam to the memory foam, but there is not a bump on the mattress.
I would recommend this if you own a place or don't mind moving your own bed every time you moveposted by Shaun (07/11/2011)

Brilliant nights sleep,so verycomfy.knees have stopped being painful & no longer waking with aches & pains.
Although it says firm you just very snuggled.
No over heating not cold either,Lot better than just foam.Like floating
