Because your body is not one long length the same weight and shape the mattress has been designed with this in mind. It is split into 5 zones which correspond to the 5 main areas of your body that need tailored support, your head, shoulders, pelvis, legs and feet. Where your pelvis needs extra support because of the larger weight, your feet don't so the mattress is designed to reflect this.

The base of the mattress is the same along the whole length, 130mm of a higher density foam that provides a firmer base so the lower density memory foam can do it's job with the necessary support beneath it. The middle layer is a ventilated memory foam that is split into the 5 zones, the denser areas are for your shoulders, pelvis and legs while your head and feet have the lowest density memory foam as they don't require as much support. The memory foam moulds to the shape of you body, allowing your spine to be correctly aligned and to relieve pressure points. It is also extremely comfortable.

The cover is made from the Outlast material that was designed by NASA to help protect astronauts from rapid and repeated changes of temperature. It does this by taking heat away from your body when you get too warm, retaining it and then releasing the heat when you get too cold. It essentially helps to regulate your body temperature so that you have the perfect sleeping environment. There are also air channels throughout the memory foam which helps to stop the mattress from retaining moisture and prevent the build up of odour producing bacteria. The cover is treated with Hycare which makes the mattress completely hypo-allergenic and therefore suitable for those with allergies or asthma.
