To get the most out of the latex Healthbeds have used a 15cm deep Reflex foam base in this mattress. This doesn't have the same elasticity as memory foam or latex so is ideal to use as the base as it gives excellent support, something that is absolutely necessary for a mattress.

The latex sits on top of this foam base and at 100mm deep it is an extremely generous layer which will make all the difference to the quality of your sleep. Using the latex's open cell structure to its full potential, it will mould to your body's shape and still return to its original shape once you get up. There are many benefits for your body, such as the relieving of pressure points and keeping your spine aligned. It is also much more beneficial than memory foam as the latex doesn't retain as much of your body heat, meaning the sleeping environment you are left with is a cool and comfortable one.

The cover is also made from a clima-heat stretch fabric which helps to regulate your body temperature ensuring your don't get too hot or too cold during the night. The vents on the sides help to keep the mattress fresher for longer, while the handles make turning the mattress simple and easy.
