I wanted something firm as I previously had a foam bed and started to develop back pain. This was recommended by Wedo as offering good support and offering some storage too. The base I bought has four drawers which are a good space saver. The mattress is miles better than my old one and I have slept much better since buying the bed. The only thing I would say is that it doesn't look like the drawers would support a lot of weight, but fine for bedding and stuff like that.

I went for the combo bed and mattress as I was told that it is generally better to choose the both from the same brand. I needed to change both of them and I knew that shire would be a safe investment. Fancy fabric is a bonus, Thanks wedo.
