I needed this for my daughter, and after having it for near 2 weeks, I've had no complaints so the bed must be good. But what I wanted to thank you for was your stellar customer service representatives.
I got it delivered 3 days after it was supposed to be here, but your employee was so helpful and apologetic (not your fault at all, silly delivery men getting lost again), I had to say thank you.
Also, as I needed a hand with the instructions, I called up and asked for some advice and they got onto the supplier and back to me within the hour.
Nothing but praise for your company, I will definitely buy from you again.
